CNBC said investors described the executive churn as a "huge red flag" as OpenAI prepares for a large public listing.

OpenAI named Dali Rajic, former chief operating officer of cybersecurity company Wiz, as its new chief revenue officer, according to the report. Google acquired Wiz for $32 billion earlier in 2026.

OpenAI confidentially filed its IPO prospectus with the US Securities and Exchange Commission in June 2026, CNBC said. Its last private valuation stood at $852 billion, as of March.
